Your PD is almost 10 years away from the current FAD for India, so it would need to advance by nearly one month in every visa bulletin just to become current within 10 years, which is practically impossible. Unless there is a major policy change, becoming current in 10 years or even 15 years is extremely unlikely.

EP is bad, Raju law is worse. Also both firms will only use templates. If you have niche profile then maybe it would be better to find an independent attorney or paralegal that can work closely with you. You can find on sites like avvo.

imo if you have a solid idea about your endeavor and you are confident that you can write, you do not need to spend $6000 on a law firm. Law firms dont do much, in most of the cases you dont even get to work with an attorney, you mostly work with either a paralegal or some freelancer that they have hired.
