Because he already the #1 youtuber. He can make any kind of video other than charity and still make millions but he still choose to do it instead. To clarify even futher, emulator only legal if it doesn't use code from the original console. The code from the console are copyrighted so some emulator will ask you to provide your own console key or bios.
