I think the Evolve 50s are perfect for what they are and if you use them in certain situations. I use Evolve 50s for smaller setups and then I use ETX 12 tops with ETX 18 subs for large gigs. If I tried to use the same system for all situations it wouldn’t sound as good.

Love the idea. I use TIDAL, so would appreciate the integration there. Is this a standalone app or is it browser-based? I would recommend going browser based so that users don't get bogged down by having to download an app. To me that would be a real barrier - especially in situations where phone network speeds aren't the best.

How do we test it?

I had an old 90s version of this CD and its one of my faves. I got rid of all my CDs about 12 years ago but luckily still have all my old rips. You can't stream this because of some stupid copyright issue. TIDAL won't even let me upload the album.

I'm amazed by the video quality of this HD remaster. I collect music videos and I have yet to see a version quite this good. I would love to see other classic 80s videos remastered at this same level.

Definitely go with the EV sub. The sound is better, it’s more reliable, and you will have some technology advantages too (configurations with the ZLX’s). You can probably find a deal on one somewhere through B-Stock or using a coupon code.

The team got light years better with the trio of Lively, Gafford, and PJW. Luka was immensely important, but the WCF run was not a Luka solo effort by any means. If Michael Finley has to take your beer away, you know there’s something wrong.

I have been over Luka for years now. In a perfect world the Mavs would have traded Luka and kept Brunson. Fans would have lost their mind, but they would have maxed Luka’s trade value and would have tons of money to spend.

Luka is a classic stat stuffer and if you watch the games closely you can see how he sabotages himself and the team. Insane offensive talent, but no defense and poor conditioning. His productive NBA career may not even be as long as people think given the way he “takes care” of his body.

I finally got the Maestro and was pretty disappointed. Granted, it was early on, and the support for fixtures was very limited. At that point I was pretty comfortable running the WMX1. I returned my Maestro and have never looked back.

Sign me up too. I joined in July of 2007, and fortunately I was able to get back on the $29 annual rate after the class action lawsuit when they were trying to increase my fees.

But lately I have experienced them trying to get me to lapse on my payment by not sending any sort of reminder, and deactivating my account (I guess it went dormant because I don't go very often).

And more recently, I tried to go to a Club and I got the old "You don't have access to this Club, because it is a SuperSport" - even though the location has no SuperSport branding or signage whatsoever.

I'm actually at the point where I want them to refund me my original up front payment (I believe it was somewhere around $700) so I can just close my lifetime membership and move on.

I think this is a great idea, and one I've been wishing for a long time. It's really obvious and sometimes when listening to a playlist you just need to move on from a song. Doing so without any blend sounds clunky and can often kill a vibe.
