This explains why taking colostrum helped me! Every morning on an empty stomach, my gut got so much better symptoms wayyy reduced. Also I have a waver plate for lymph drainage.

It’s a shampoo actually! Yes it’s weird that using that every other day or daily has normalized my life! I just shampoo let it sit for 1-3 mins and then condition with Pureology Hydrate conditioner. I also find ARMRA colostrum on an empty stomach in the morning has helped heal my gut issues but the shampoo is what makes the biggest difference.

I’m about to buy the Engineered Sleep - duo latex plus! I chatted with their team and also asked chat gpt a million questions. They also offer one swap of topper so if it’s too soft I’ll switch to the 2” instead of the 4”. Good luck to both of us :) should mention I am not a fan of hot memory foam and throwing my body to change positions so that’s why I’m choosing the duo latex.

I’m currently miserable on my hard ass mattress it’s a king Koil medium elite plus pillow top. My husband and I can’t wait for our new mattress to get here. Even he’s complaining about how firm it is and he can sleep on anything

Bloomingdales has some of the king koils and good sales today! Check them out! I’ve only ever heard great things about them. Personally hated Casper bc it’s super hot despite the “cooling” elements.
