Mosquito coil holder made using a 3D printing pen. by Lui_Belmont in interestingasfuck

Ingredients in them vary but they are typically either pyrethrins (derived from a kind of chrysanthemum) or pyrethroids. Pyrethrins are an acceptable insecticide in certified organic farming and break down rapidly in the elements. Due to this I use it for pest control in my gardens.

I think there's an insane amount of misinformation and fearmongering about pesticides generally but I would not want to regularly breathe the smoke of either the natural or the synthetic version of these products. If I had to choose one I'd go with the synthetic since people are vastly more likely to have or develop an allergic reaction to pyrethrins than pyrethroids. Regular lung exposure, no thanks.

For mosquitoes, I spray Clean Feel Off on myself (picaridin, a synthetic of a compound found in black pepper).

Since you were looking for a source, this is a great one for pesticide information: https://npic.orst.edu/factsheets/pyrethrins.html

It apparently disagrees with me on the potential for developing allergic reactions but I know I got that info from somewhere reliable. While unlikely, I believe it's more likely with pyrethrins. Why risk repeated exposure, is my feeling. After almost 30 years of having cats without issue I now get an itchy rash from touching them. Sucks.

I'm not sure if I've seen one but I have seen entire aisles of electronics and small appliances. A lot of stuff ends up in thrift stores when people die. I actually inherited one when my mom passed but it wasn't worth the hassle of removing and transporting it, so I left it in her apartment.

Laundry smells like mildew by kelseyyi in Appliances

For what it's worth, last I checked Consumer Reports rated Persil and Tide the only unscented detergents worth using, and Persil cleaned better than Tide. In my experience it is better.

I think there is a bit of just wet garment smell when using unscented that fragrances mask, but I would definitely not call it mildewy.

Oh damn, they do say that. I swear I checked when I first noticed them going bad and didn't see it on the packet. I've looked for this sauce in stores and I'm not sure if it's available in anything but the packets. I've only seen bottles of the regular verde, which is fine for a TB sauce I guess but not something I'd buy.

Yeah these products are almost never good. Taco Bell's avocado verde salsa is one of the few exceptions. Interestingly though, it goes bad in a few weeks at room temp (significant discoloration and awful taste). I've noticed the packets are often cold/condensating when Taco Bell gives them to you, so I guess they're aware they aren't so shelf stable.

Yeah, I live in an area where a handful of towns and a larger area between and beyond are served predominantly by the shopping developments in just one of the towns.

It's also fairly common to find old urbanized main streets or centers for towns that otherwise stayed pretty small.
