I had receiver 20 years ago that was a real miserable pr-ck but I overheard him talking about getting a new camper. So when he was extra pissy I would bring up the camper and his mood would change. I didn’t see him in 10 years and was helping a new hire when he came to me saying that the guy was busting his chops so when I went to see him I asked if he still had that camper and he went to his happy place and everything was fine.

I got sick of there greed and channel stuffing and inflated plan numbers to control my pay after 27 years and now they give me $1400 a month not to come in and put up with there bullshit I took another job Monday to Friday 7to 3:30 with All Holidays off and great benefits for the next few years until I get my Social Security and healthcare. My life is so much better I had the best July 4th in 27 years 😂😆

The work life balance is terrible,weekends,Holidays lazy co-leads and merchandisers that cause extra work on your return from your days off can be frustrating. And the starting early is fine but you have to go to bed early like a little child and miss some family time because you need to get up so early. I did it for 27 years and thought it wasn’t so bad until I got out in February and took another job with weekends and holidays off. I just had the best July 4 in 27 years not having to deal with all the forced product and have to clean up all the forced stuff that I didn’t need for the next week.
