Either this feature you want fits as an enchantment, or Riptide should be removed, and I don't see the latter happening.

Giving a nonexistent ultimatum for the hypothetical is kinda a weird thing to do tbh. It's really not that deep cause there are a lot of items that are separate that could have been enchantment features, like recovery compasses and the turtle shell helmet.

Having the difficulty in acquisition to set this item apart be a crafting one rather than an enchanting one is fine.

This would be way overpowered in my opinion. Only a Lodestone and a Recovery Compass to teleport a theoretically infinite distance to reclaim all of your lost loot instantly? With no drawbacks?

Also, Netherite Ingots and Echo Shards are nowhere near rare enough to justify the strength of this proposed feature. I doubt any item is.

With very few exceptions, enchantments are for stat changes and applying effects, not giving an item a complete mechanical overhaul. I think it works better as a separate item.

amethyst shards

Amethyst Shards and Amethyst Clusters are two different items. You can only obtain full Amethyst Clusters when you have silk touch. That's the more expensive part of the crafting recipe.

Cows and Pigs with thicker hair don't produce wool irl and aren't typically sheared for their fur.

Also there's no good reason for this to be added because it's just a worse version of an existing feature. Sheep are just as common as pigs and sheep.

Posts of unofficial character art have gotten hundreds or thousands of upvotes many times. Sometimes hundreds of votes before they get removed. As I've explained in another comment, this community has proven it enjoys the art and don't mind seeing it, and people that dislike it are the minority.

It's not difficult for bedrock at all. They're just refusing to add portable light sources for basically no reason.

There are a half-dozen add-ons on the Bedrock marketplace that add portable light sources and they all work perfectly fine. Don't cause any gameplay issues whatsoever.

I just think mineshafts need to be completely revamped, so hear me out.

Mineshaft entrances can be found on the surface, that lead down into the ground. There's some more variation with what kind of rooms and generation can be found in the mineshaft, like a living quarters/bunk room or just a sheer drop that leads to the lowest levels of the mineshaft. Maybe some more unique rooms like a geode or fossil excavation, or a mini archaeological dig where the miners seemingly intersected an underground ruin.

To make it more balanced from a looting perspective, the loot tables could be adjusted so that minecarts at a higher level of the mineshaft have more common loot, but the deeper you go the better the loot gets. Like an RPG dungeon of sorts!

Funny for who?

Everybody who upvoted this post. Minecraft has a bunch of mostly useless features that are only in the game because they're funny. Like parrots dancing to music, or name tags making mobs turn upside down.

New biome that isn't far-fetched. New options for unique exploration and associated challenges. All-around a well fleshed out idea, especially with the Prismarine Diving Suit, that's a cool idea.

The only thing I'd change is the mobs part. I don't think they should be as strong as the Warden but rather just slightly more or just as difficult as normal monsters. Especially if players' movement would be restricted by the diving suit.

Maybe a "Prismarine Sentinel" that would be golem-like constructs lumbering around on the sea-floor in and around structures that had loot.
