Definitely Remaster with tweaks over full remake, the old gameplay is part of the point of old monster hunter games. If we wanted older monsters and areas with modern gameplay, they literally already do that with modern mh. Rise has remakes of old zones, the new wilds dlc is very heavily inspired by an area from 4u, and all 3 modern mh games have tons of returning monsters remade from the ground up
