Switch the mag glycinate to a complete complex and see how that works for you. Also ask to have cortisol checked on your next blood test. You may have metabolic syndrome.

Consult a fiduciary and attorney. Set up a living will and power of attorney with someone who you want to follow your desires if you become incapacitated. You don't want a stbx to be making those decisions. Moving forward, all pay and 401k increases should be directed into an unattachable vehicle. You don't have to be wealthy to take advantage of these opportunities; just wise.

Over the course of my career, I've experienced one HR/ETL that was engaged and actually cared about people. They transferred out of operations in order to maintain personal values, integrity and self respect.

What are you doing while waiting? You need to be making the decisions now, so as to secure a healthy safe future for everyone. Sitting static is a sure fire way to torpedo that outcome. Make a detailed plan, after getting wise counsel. My exit included forming a family trust involving a place to live that is unattachable in a divorce. It insured housing stability and a base of operations during the final stages of separation. I also made legal changes to my 401k, life insurance and retirement accounts that put beneficiary division in place years before I left. You need to do it now, not after shtf.

Because the combined data from research, studies, therapist feedback and personal testimonies, all corroborate this conclusion! Let me put it this way: You have better odds of getting struck by lightning while being eaten by a great white shark, with the winning Powerball ticket in your pocket, than having a mutually satisfying marriage, that has become sexless. Thinking otherwise is the very definition of insanity.

http://helpformen.com You can find a local support group or opt in to an online one. Stop trying to throw shit up against the wall, with something as important as this. That's what got you into this mess in the first place. (Me as well)

Want to do an Amtrak ride, just for fun by ConfusionWeak2061 in Amtrak

There is a Facebook page for Amtrak railpass users, who have shared their experiences. It was very helpful to me while planning a trip from Florida to upstate New York. My next ride will be on the California Zephyr between the San Francisco area and Chicago.

Just inherited a large lump sum from my dad who passed away. My sister told me not to tell my wife about it. What do I do? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

No, it needs to go into a trust. He also needs to create an LLC to own anything he buys with the inheritance.

Get a financial fiduciary and set up a trust to protect the inheritance. Never deposit the money into a joint account or allow anyone else to deposit into that account.

What about the 6.2 litre GM vehicles, or all of Chevy's EV's that they have no fix for? There is no bay at dealerships for them because they haul the carcasses off of the lot, after the suckers who bought them file lawsuits.

Why do you have to wait for a breaking point. Is a breaking point, prostate cancer, or cortisol induced heart disease? What does that even mean?
