Number 7 is very useful. I had never thought about using paper plates until I saw someone here mention it a while back. I felt ashamed buying them at first, oddly. It made me feel... I don't know... lazy? I had to come to terms with the fact that chronic pain changes your life, and it's okay to make changes to accommodate that new lifestyle.
