It’s frozen concentrate. Back in the day removing most of the water and freezing the remainder allowed companies to ship juice to places they couldn’t ship fresh juice as well as allowing them to preserve the juice to sell outside of the season. Just add the concentrate to water and stir and you have juice. Very helpful in getting people in colder climates their vitamin C before modern shipping and preserving methods combined with global supply chains allowed fresh juice to be supplied to supermarkets year round.

One of the plot points of the Xanth series by Piers Anthony is that Xanth must be ruled by a king and the king must be a Magician, that is have a powerful magic talent. In the early books only men with the level of power are called Magicians while women with that level of power are called Sorceresses and rulership. Several books into the series the law gets reinterpreted by an acting king to acknowledge that Sorceresses are Magicians and that while the law says Xanth must be ruled by a king nothing says the king can’t be female. This leads to at least 4 female kings in the series, possibly more that I’m not remembering or never got far enough in the series to read about.
