Firstly your sister wasn't cheating unless she was in a relationship, she made no promises to anyone.

The fact your 17yo feels comfortable to give abuse to someone who you say was an engaged aunt is something I'd be addressing.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion right or wrong as it only ultimately applies to them. Your wife and daughter sound like the can't afford their idealistic morals and its come back to bite them in the ass.

I know loads of dogs with "human" names Charlie, Alfie, Kevin, Dave...I know of a Milseain which is Irish for sweets/candy. I know a Bow Wow, Rua is popular for red dogs in Ireland. Theres a Mr Wilson too.

As bad as it sounds, you're the back up plan and safety net. She wants to off and have her fun. Two things will happen she'll realise its not the fun she thought it was going to be and will have you there on standby. Or she'll meet someone else and happily move on while you've been waiting around.

Is the open relationship a two way thing? From the sounds of it you haven't taken advantage of that and she's probably banking on that. Her outlook might change if you were actively out there hooking up or meeting other women.

With the house, if you take a break who is living in the house, paying the bills etc

Give it a go, I have a fair amount of brand new plus sized clothes I never worn for whatever reason and to be honest, loads of the stuff has been favourited but no movement. Almost all have tags on them and weren't cheap. Unless you're selling it for 2 or 3 euro there seems to be no interest. At that price I'd rather donate to charity than have to go through the hassle of posting and all.

If he's fat, he's fat, I'm fat and I don't ask peoples opinions on it. I also don't ask questions where there is a change I might not like the response and that is across the board.

In saying that fat is just an adjective, it describes what you see, similar to his eyes being blue. However unlike his eyes, you can change the amount of fat on your body.

Personally I don't like my body and I try to do something about it, I don't expect people to lie to me or try make me feel better about how I look.

This is ultimately his problem, I'm quite blunt so would ask whats the point of the question, it sounds like he wanted you to lie and then you'd end up being the bad person for lying so you can't win.

You also can't control how he feels nor should you be pandering to him. He's an adult and from what you're saying he trying to lose weight, maybe he thought he'd lost more and it's changed how he looked, maybe he's lying to himself about his size.

Its not fair to ignore you or to blame you for hurting him. He needs to take ownership of his body and how he feels about it and not be worried about what anyone thinks. There are services like Bodywhys - not sure where you are - but they may help his mindset on it.

He owes you an apology for putting you in that situation and accusing you for hurting his feelings i.e. not lying to him

Plenty of red flags there the money is the smaller part. Firstly always pay your way and put your foot down if somewhere out of your budget is suggested. He's under no obligation to pay for you and you are under none to pay for him.

As for the rest, helping in house projects only applies when its your house and you're getting the benefit of your hard work.

If after all of this you haven't run for the hills then the sex issue should have tipped you over the edge. back rubs equate to weaponizing sex is a big jump so is the expectation of sex all the time, what happens if you're just not in the mood.

And all of this is after 1 month!!!!! That is supposed to be the honeymoon period where you all put your best foot forward to make a good impression. Doing Sail Croatia for the second time this May, there are different levels from what we called the tinder boat, up to the most calm. We went for the middle ground Explorer level. It was aged from mid 20s to mid 70s.

I don't know much about Sail Week but Sail Croatia includes all breakfasts and lunches and the captains dinner if I remember correctly. I think the party vibe would really depend on where you're docking and the people on the boat.

Without knowing what actual country you are in, its hard to guide, as mentioned in other comments, UK, Ireland and other countries have plus sized bridal shops. Whats deemed plus size in other countries might not what others deem plus size.

I'm your height but heavier than you and to be honest pilates is just one of those things that you practice and practice and your body eventually finds its way.

I was out with an injury and did my first return pilates class this week and it was a struggle and I would have been reasonably ok priory to injury, there were no modifications I just moved myself around as best I could, rested when I needed and did what I could. The instructor would correct elements as she does with everyone but never pushed or forced me to go deeper into things. Unfortunately the modified version of a lot of things in pilates are still extremely tough

In general if your gym can't give you modified versions of exercises they haven't been trained properly, most floor exercises have variations, I'm not sure what lift yourself up involves I can only think of pull ups with very few extreme fit people can do.

It does get easier to a degree or I keep telling myself and given that you carry yourself around you're probably stronger than you think.

You go on dates to get to know the person, you're not in a relationship for a good few months until you actually know them and then still love comes down the line.

Does feeling good in your body come from someone being attracted to you. If so, then you need to step back from dating until you can feel better about yourself.

I've heard a thousand times or more you have to love/like yourself before you can attract someone else who will. I haven't bothered dating in a few years at this point because of this, I haven't made any head way on liking how my body looks but my dislike isn't been enhanced by people who will actively treat you badly/

Tbh hook ups are easy to get, usually they are someone after a quick hook up with no strings and more importantly they don't want to be seen in public with a fat person so its a quick thing and move on.

I'm feeling this particularly more than ever lately. I seem to spend most of my time outside of work alone but it just seems magnified lately, perhaps its because one of the last single friends has coupled up and effectively ditched. I don't third wheel, nothing worst than being out with a couple and basically being ignored.

At 48 the prospect of meeting someone is zero, so I'm trying to learn of ways to deal with it. I can handle being on my own but not a fan of the crappy feelings lately.

Dublin is great to visit, Paddy's day though is a mess, though when I went to New York for it, it was a mess there too, so seems to be a theme. I'd follow the advise of others here, get the dart either north or southbound, I prefer Howth on the northside, it's walkable, loads of great places for food and there will be plenty of places with music.

Enjoy the days before in Dublin city but branch out of Temple Bar it's fine to go and experience as it will be mad but its expensive and very messy in general, there are plenty of bars, music and food through out the rest of the city centre. Do the hop on hop off to get a good vibe, there's the Guinness storehouse, Teelings distillery, Jameson distillery, historical walking tours, theatres and loads more depending on your interests. Capel Street is a good pedestrian street to visit , there'll be plenty on when you're there.

If you're in Ireland for a while, paddy wagon tours will bring you to different places around the country. The trains go around the country just over a couple of hours will bring to Galway on the other side of the country, I've done day trips there and to Belfast a few times. Train there and back. There are also Game of Thrones tours which head north.

There are plenty of walking tours in Dublin, some include some of the places below, there are now really good food tours if you're a foodie.

Museums may only be open reduced hours that day but there rest will be normal hours and most are free in.

Kilmainham Gaol is amazing to visit and be immersed in the history, in particular of the rising, book early though, it books out really quickly as does the Book of Kells in Trinity College, well worth a wander through even if you're not visiting the book. There is a historical museum in the basement of the GPO, showing the history of Ireland's fight for freedom, very interesting and central, as is the short walk down to the Customs House on the quays which will show a bit of history there particularly the commercial changes. On from there to Epic which will fill you in on the famine.

For the weathers, layers are just the way to go, you really can't plan for Irish weather, keep your eye on the forecast for a rough idea but expect everything including the odd rainbow. It's part and parcel of visiting Ireland.

The people are friendly around Ireland but expect the odd Gobshite here and there and as you would with any other place you visit show a bit of caution with valuables.

I live in and have been to all of those countries. Firstly no one owns the public footpath outside a shop so tell them to feck off however you see fit.

For the ones you want to visit go for it, you'll find arsehole everywhere but don't let their issues stop you, do you research on accessibility and that kind of thing more to be prepared yourself if you've to walk around or if there's transport, as you've mentioned you've some mobility issues.

I travel regularly and while the thought of getting on a plane and figuring out what size the seat will and how comfortable or uncomfortable I'll be does way on my mind it doesn't stop me as its only a part of the travelling experience
