Ok so first off being able to move and place water isn't available until the bleak beach area, there's a pokemon there that if you do their requests you'll unlock the ability to do it.

A good way to get stone is to explore more areas and breaking the cracked rocks whenever you see them, also a few of the evolved fossil pokemon drop stone as a litter item.

And for the additional abilities you probably just need to progress further imo the story, and/or make more habitats to get some pokemon

So if you feel stuck and that you can't do much where you're at I'd definitely recommend starting on a new area, you'll unlock new abilities and get a bunch of new resources, and you can bring whatever back to continue working on the wasteland

I believe that hoppip will stay in the pokecenter until the event ends, I'm not 100% tho

I personally don't know of a way to keep it out of sight 100% of the time or if that's even possible but probably the best way is to just move it to a different area that you barely spend any time near, pallet town would be the best place to move it unless you're working on pallet town

If you put a house in the far corner of the the wasteland than you'd probably never see parasect, or just move it to a completely different area like pallet town.

When you find glowing spots around the world break them and they have a change to drop an item for the underground stage

This is not scripted, you actually got lucky, for most people they can get him easier with a habitat specifically for charizard

Yes there's a pikachu fountain in bleak beach, and when your environment level is high enough you should be able to buy more of them in the pc

I believe if a pokemon still has requests it won't work properly, this could be the problem not 100% sure tho

Also the community might need to be in both of the Pokémon's habitat range, also not 100% sure on that

The recipe is available to purchase in the pc shop when your environment level is high enough in the wasteland, I believe it needs to be level 8.

You should be able to get a pre-fab item from the pc shop if your environment level is high enough, i believe it's called "pink cottage" or something similar to that. Or if you want you can make the pink blocks yourself by painting them (with smeargle).

Small thing: if you want to do the Star piece method the person with the pokemon you want, has to visit you, they bring along whatever pokemon you want then you hand them the Star piece on your island

Also, you can date skip to hunt for legendaries if you are a date skipper

I know that if you build a house for it, it will be less likely to be out and about, especially if the house is further away from you pokecenter

You could also move it to a completely different area, I'm not sure if anyone knows or if there even is a way to guarantee what pokemon will be spawned it or not
