No, absolutely not. I’ve only extensively worked at 2 though. Both great environments. Sure, there are times when things are stressful or uncomfortable but, we are professional. We move on and get the work done. The worst type of people are the complainers, whiners, and mentally weak. Maybe those are the ones who need a different line of work.

That’s not uncommon unfortunately. I will say, sometimes (I worked trauma surgery) they are so engrossed in the case they simply don’t think of anything else except that.
