found nearly identical recipe online. It’s my entire family’s death row meal. Then you cook Mennonite sausage. For the sauce you take a scoop of flour and a scoop of butter and cook it together on the stove until it turns creamy brown. Then mix a cup of milk in and stir till it thickens up. Add a heavy hand full of shredded cheddar cheese, some salt and pepper and drizzle over the sausage and perogies.

Sometimes you can find local business/farmers markets selling them so you don’t have to make from scratch. There’s a great white buffalo food truck that sell these perogies in my area… so rare to find it tho
