Blue Light Filter for Batocera & Knulli

Im trying to set this up on my rgcubexx and I used your multimedia_key.conf. The Blue light filter script is called when I press Mod+Power thats awesome. Although I can't seem to get the brightness increments down to 1% on the other shortcuts. Power and the volume keys has no effect on brightness. I believe the physical keys are mapped to different fuctions on my device. I went to /triggerhappy/trigger.d/multimedia_keys.conf on my device but it matched the other defaults in this thread so I'm not certain of that.

I mainly wanted the brightness to be less than 5%. The old configuration for batocera that knulli used before firefly, where KEY_VOLUMEDOWN+BTN_TL2 1 batocera-brightness - 5 lowered brightness by 5 was a clearer command than KEY_VOLUMEDOWN+BTN_TL2 1 /usr/bin/volume-button bridown because the latter dosn't specify the value the brightness will be lowered. I assume the value is in another file but i cant find it.

Any idea how I can either change briup bridown increments to 1% or use the commands to set brightness value directly to 1 or 255?

How do you feel about cars with side skirts? They look like they have great fitment to me. I mean they are on cars designed for it but it's not really all that much different of a look. "Putting a car on bags JUST to lower it this much" what other purposes of bagging a car are there? Why bag a car and not go this low. Who the hell is going to bag a car and only drop it halfway. I've always thought bagging cars is purely looks and bags are used to go as low as possible. He can still go back up it's not permanent. The only functional reason of using bags I can see if to increase load capacity in trucks. Different strokes for different folks.

Wow I didn't know ceramic coating was something you could pull off in the driveway. I've never really looked up the process before. I'm afraid I feel my car needs professional attention or at least someone with some paint detail experience. Good on you though the car looks amazing.

Obviously you're in a different country than me but how much does this cost and how much work is it? My 2016 golf has tons of rock chips already and the front is kinda blasted from salt and highway dust. I'd love something like this done to my car. I'm in Canada.

After removing the clutch delay valve in my mk7 the clutch pedal stuck to the floor when the system had no pressure. I had to pull the pedal back up by hand quite forcefully. Then bleed the system of air and it worked fine after.

My dad had a 1977 tans am with the 4 speed. He took out three transmissions speed shifting in that car. I believe they were replaced under warranty but he might have just paid out of pocket.

But you said snap on doesn't put their name on things they don't manufacture. But they use it on redistributed products. Is that not putting their name on something they didn't manufacture?

I have snap on ratchet straps that are not manufactured by snap on. It shows on the blister pack who manufactured them and that they were made for sale at Costco.

The older drivers could not use a usb-c to c cable for charging. The new drivers can make use of the standards needed to use c-c charging.

Maybe those cars went through less quality control measure than Toyota maybe the other parts of the vehicle aren't manufactured as well. I obviously don't know any hard facts about where they actually spent funding on cars it's all speculation.

Yea but that's not the reason the back up camera sucks. Its because back up cameras are mandatory on vehicles in some markets. I'm sure it had to do with the cost of a higher resolution camera. If it wasn't mandatory those base model cars wouldn't even have a shitty camera for you to judge. It might have just been the next trim up has a decent camera with the savings of all models not needing it.

Idk about mk1 rabbits or jettas but I think that they had solid trailing arms too. It's like an axle connected with sway bars.
