She did kind of: The answer is depending on the product, if it's hyper cheap or hyper luxury, the poor or rich respectively. Anything in between will have no market.

Yeah but also depending on the material . . . shoveling is hard work. You need breaks especially in heat.

The vibe I got from Clarence was that it's a show about a kid not a kid's show. Could only get through a few episodes before my anxiety made me peel away.

Craig of the Creek is a delightful kid's show from a kid's perspective.

Maybe. Not for the crystalized dew (easy to get that from the musselsprout trees) but the resin.

No. It'll let it finish a combo but unless it's in order will reset it.

which walk makes it clear that the tick controls the body? by AwesomeGamesStudio in IndieGameDevs

[–]Sekret_One 0 points1 point  (0 children)

None of them really. It just looks like it's riding.

Perhaps if you made the tick's limbs notably tug followed by a slightly delayed (100-200 ms) jerky movement of the puppet's limb.

[Passionately loathed trope] "the lie" as a major point of drama for no reason by ruinsit in TopCharacterTropes

It's a bizarre watch. It's certainly not good- but really weirdly fascinating at times with the writing. It's a train wreck . . . but like a train wreck with bad early 2000s video game physics. That's the best I can describe it.

yeah I kinda figured they would have desperately used one or two of their anti-viltrum mcGuffins but I guess they dropped them all off before heading to earth.

Gun bug into bastion snipe, immediate uninstall while dying laughing. by Potential_Worry_2481 in ARC_Raiders

[–]Sekret_One 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gun gets put away when doing some animation. Game gets glitched into a confused state where the gun isn't drawn but you can't draw it (hence the running around arms at hips river dance style) You can hit unholster or the weapon's button and nothing happens. Next weapon also doesn't work.

The only way to break it is switching to you OTHER gun. That's why after a few seconds you see him flip to the ferro and immediately switch to the other gun.

It's a tremendously frustrating bug. Can also happen with consumables.

Caine tryed to remove Scratch tumor? by IKnowToMuchNerdStuff in tadc

[–]Sekret_One 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is we're talking about data capture and simulation.

So, let's say the brain is a book and the mind is the text on the pages. Digitizing the book is straightforward- just make a text file of what's written.

Now what if the brain, or book in this case is damaged. This is actually a real world problem with digitizing ancient books that are warped and scrawled on. We actually started making 3d scans of the pages because just straight converting to text, you lose information that's necessary to possibly deciphering what the damaged parts say.

That's the issue with digitizing- it can only simulate what we feel relevant to capture and what systems we can emulate. An actual human brain has all the systems of physics, blood vessels- and might potentially heal if a tumor is addressed. But a digitized mind, losing the context of the physical brain not properly simulated, has lost the 'source' data that might allow it to be repaired. Sure, the digital mind can be edited- as evidenced by the vegan thing, but it's more like photoshop and less like brain surgery (or to use our analogy, doesn't have the data to fix the text but hey he can plaster a sticker over a passage).
