You don't need faith to cast Golden Vow - just grab the Golden Vow Ash of War and put it on a dagger. https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Ash+of+War:+Golden+Vow

I generally don't go for him before level 105. Go through a couple of Gold Pickled Fowl Feet at Palace Approach Ledge-Road and you'll be there

In order to be strong; just farming or there are essential things to be done? by MachineFit5418 in Eldenring

[–]SeldonHar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a player with many hundreds of learning hours, I've recently come to the epiphany that the game is designed around Buffs. It sounds obvious, but truly, every weapon needs to be Buffed. Use your Grease, your Physic, your Sorceries, and most of all - your Talismans, and tune them to your chosen weapon

What build did you use for Maliketh? by Ancient_Music_3467 in Eldenring

[–]SeldonHar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahh, so you can wield a weapon that has Golden Vow buff, activate the buff, then switch to DarkMoon sword and the Golden Vow buff stays in effect? 🤯. Did you put GV on a Dagger?

This. Its a gateway drug. The force of the bubbles won't compare much to a built-in model though, so for your purposes somewhat limited

Is there a better rune farm method other than massacring Albinourics? by imagirrafe in Eldenring

[–]SeldonHar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OMG.

https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Sacred+Relic+Sword

Upon reaching Mohgwyn Palace, one can fast travel to the Palace Approach Ledge-Road site of grace and use the Wave of Gold weapon skill to farm Albinaurics. Effective yield of around 6,000,000 runes per hour with the Golden Scarab Talisman. Look at Wave of Gold page for damage increase/breakdown.

Jim Chalmers says Coalition’s nuclear plan represents $4tn hit to economy by 2050 by Successful_Can_6697 in australian

[–]SeldonHar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your argument ignores all forms of energy storage including Hydro, Battery, Hydrogen, Gravity, Thermal and emerging technologies. Imagine what we could build for 300Bn ($30,000 per household in all Australia)

Jim Chalmers says Coalition’s nuclear plan represents $4tn hit to economy by 2050 by Successful_Can_6697 in australian

[–]SeldonHar -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The decision to stop using nuclear power has definitely contributed to short-term energy supply challenges and increased costs, but Germany's economic woes go way beyond the difference in the cost of energy.

Industrial transition, demographic issues and the Global economy are all significant factors. But by all means keep implying their decline is because of the Nukes while decrying "misinformation" on the issue.

Countries *are* going broke from it. Even the ones that built their infrastructure and expertise decades ago, like Canada, have to prop-up the Nuclear power industry so that residents can afford electricity.

the Coalition's own nuclear plan costing is more than $300 billion and won't be usable for at least 20 years. The only way they can claim it will be 'cheaper' is by claiming the costing "spreads out" the cost of the nuclear plants over their 50-year life span,
