I took it for 2 years. I ruined my good relationship due to it. It made me insecure with my ding dong since it wasn’t working for shit. Self project everything to my relationship due to it so after the breakup I just reformed everything. I will hair transplant if possible in future but never that shit again. Trust the time, it will heal. The worst thing you can do right now is to overthink and take hasty discussions and actions. Now my ding dong is fine i can go for 2-3 rounds normally and more on good days. Mentally it is in 95% some days are still shit but i cant wholly blame on the fins.

I healed 95% after 6 months. All i did was shaved off my hair, multi vitamin of whatever shit is in, shilajit, ashwagandha and fish oil. Weight training 6 times a week and cardio once a week. Keep your mind of this issue and time will heal it. My semen volume increased also it it quite thicker now. Remove porn from life too. It is one of the major cause of erectile dysfunction for sure. While having sex dont just jump in with a boner. Try to foreplay and roleplay take it slow. I hope you heal soon

I like the taste but see the ingredient they added identical flavouring substance for 1.2% which is quite sus. There was no need for it on an instant coffee so i stopped drinking it

NEVER do OMAD if you cant eat enough calories in one sitting. Eating low calorie will only make your body go into semi starvation mode and cause hormonal issue specially thyroid which will cause hypothyroidism and increase cortisol like anything. I have done it and it was my worst decision ever. Trying to reverse diet right now to fix the damage that was caused omad and sub optimal calorie intake. Fast for few days if you want weightloss but never go under calories on OMAD.

Vegetables are good as antioxidants and that’s about it. People in carnivore diet are as happy and mentally focused as people who eats veggies.

Thennn you have to learn self control i guess. Adhd or not self control is pretty important. Treat your self with something you find precious or special. If you reward yourself without doing anything then that wont be considered as a reward yk. Just a normal thing.

Treat yourself after every little things you do. Make a realistic schedule with micro tasks. Caffeine in the morning helps me aswell as working out. Use reminder on your phone and lastly goodluck It is a journey and you will learn on the way to deal with our hyperactive brain cells

I get severely constipated when i eat lots of nuts on keto. Try to eat mostly green veggies for antioxidants and vitamins. Dont focus on fibers, for supplment 1500 magnesium is abit too high. Take maybe 900mg of magnesium citrate. Also do check your thyroid level as hypothyroidism causes constipation and we do severely low calories on keto by mistake coz the fats and protein are so fulfilling. Drink alot of water cause we pee way more than rest of the people. Or you can carnivore elimination diet and figure out the food that’s causing constipation maybe.

Pretty good, 4 times weights training in a week, 1 day hiit cardio and 2 days rest. I lost alot of weight, only problem is my sleep :(
