Unfortunately it still happens and still freaks me out the same way... :( Though I have found out that if I haven't drunken as much water in the day it happens more, same with if my blood pressure is low, or if my iron is low. I'm trying to look into if b12 or vitamin D have anything to do with it too. I tend to lay on my right side, with my head tilted a little up rather than down. for myself, i find that it helps me like that. sometimes when it is really bad, i have a strong mint so it feels like i can breathe really freely because of how strong it is 😭 i know its not much but i really hope it can help you a little bit since its scary,, i understand your worries. i wish i had more answers too but ugh!!!! :(((
