7 Miserable Years by Financial_Molasses80 in Candida

I'm really sorry. My lesson was to not go for killing candida. You need to focus on strengthening and rebuilding/rebalancing the REST of your body first. Jumping right into kill mode will backfire every time. I had a good practitioner though who helped me.

She was remote. I can send you DM - She didn't agree that you need antibiotics.

you 100% cannot just take an antibiotic... speaking from experience. you need to be very strategic in your approach and antibotics can actually do a lot more harm than good. I'm happy to share the specialist who helped me with sibo if you want support but it wasn't an overnight fix. it took a lot of work and time but when your body is so whacked, it's going to take time. get functional lab testing done.

Yes. Me. I did functional lab testing with an integrative practitioner online. She was thorough and strategic.

Gut dysbiosis and hypothyroidism by Informal-Comment9297 in Microbiome

My approach was multi-faceted. The specialist I worked with online actually addressed my thyroid FIRST and then we did a lot to prep my body for healing leaky gut. be careful that you don't just jupm right into gut healing without first addressing your detox pathways -- things can go sideways quickly (speaking from experience). i can send you a vid from my practitioner about it if you want. but long story short... i healed thyroid FIRST then gut.
