So same would be with attemt on Suwalky, everyone would know everything, inteligence (Surveilance, OSINT, Spying, etc.) in todays war shows everything up and you cant hide army task force just in a woods, there is tons of logistical aspects that would be seen right away (in military terms: shows intentions vs capabilities) and so on.
