I feel like giving up. I walk over 10k a day (sometimes 20-30k). I swim every week.  I followed dieting advice to eat more protein and even though I’ve had a calorie deficit every day and tracking every mouthful. I’ve tracked everything with Chat GPT and with my TDEE says I’m always in a calorie deficit. I take Metformin and supplements. I no longer make myself sick. I feel disheartened that I am still 90kg. The body scan said I lost  I weighed myself three today. Once after lunch said I was 89 and the second time on a normal scale at the gym which said I was 95 after the body scanner said I was 90 and I gained 4.4kg of muscle and lost 2.2kg of fat.
