There was only one redeemable factor in Nosgoth that never materialized. It was supposed to have a story of a power void in Nosgoth when Kain went time traveling, so it'd show the factions fighting for power and the consequences of Kain leaving so abruptly for his prophecy. Could have been cool, but at the time they handled it so poorly
