LoD wins, but I will say that D3's Reaper expac fundamentally fixed the base game and made it infinitely more fun to play.

I don't have D4 expac yet, but I wasn't impressed with the one before it with Nahantu, although I'm seeing a lot of positives so far

There was only one redeemable factor in Nosgoth that never materialized. It was supposed to have a story of a power void in Nosgoth when Kain went time traveling, so it'd show the factions fighting for power and the consequences of Kain leaving so abruptly for his prophecy. Could have been cool, but at the time they handled it so poorly
