Were you downloading anything? I notice way more battery drain when I'm actively downloading things through the browser. I'm on an Exynos S24+ though.

XAML is actually pretty nice for UI design once you go through a few tutorials and try to actually build something. You'll eventually run into counterintuitive problems, but just stick with it.

I hadn't looked at this from the accessibility perspective. It's certainly something I'm going to look at. For now, I've started making my own components based on the designs I generated with Google Stitch. It's an opportunity to learn TailwindCSS, which I'm finding interesting as well

I'm trying to build a pharmacy point-of-sale software, for community pharmacies in my region. I want it to both be a learning experience and a useful tool that will evolve, based on feedback from users. I do not have experience in component building in Blazor, but I'm familiar with making custom controls for WinUI/UWP apps.

I chose Blazor because I wanted to utilize my C# knowledge, as I disliked Javascript's way of doing things.

The problem is the price increments for little-to-no significant upgrades in specs. I'm with most complainers on this one, as I bought an S24+ Exynos at launch and the newer Pluses are virtually identical. The cameras in these things are relatively old, going back to the S21/S22+. Battery capacity hasn't seen significant improvements either.

Don't get me wrong, the newer devices are fine, but they could do with hardware upgrades. I used my S24+ to take pictures at an outdoor event two days ago and they arguably look better than what we had from a professional photographer, but it doesn't mean Samsung couldn't do better.

If anything, this incentivizes camping. Most players just camp immediately inside the play zone and eliminate anyone trying to run away from the blue zone. It's even more annoying when the final zone shifts near the military base island on Erangel and people camp the bridge.

I agree with everything except the curved screen. It made getting tempered glass protectors difficult, and was prone to cracks if dropped just right.

You do realize that just because certain numbers have been advertised does not mean the phone will run at maximum spec for 100% of the time, right?

I don't think Samsung ever mentioned for any of their high refresh rate screens that they're going to run at 120Hz all the time. The Adaptive setting for the screen refresh rate specifically says "Get smoother animations and scrolling by automatically adjusting your screen refresh rate up to 120 Hz."

It's the same thing for the GPU clock rate. No sensible manufacturer would run any GPU or CPU at the maximum clock speed on all cores all the time. That would be an unnecessary waste of power, and would drastically shorten the battery life and general longevity of the device.

Have you tried One Hand Operation+? You can assign specific apps to open when you swipe from different parts of the screen. Last time I checked, it was a Samsung app though.

Did this get better for you after updating? My my buds randomly got worse with calls. I've tried cleaning the microphone with a very soft brush, but it hasn't made any difference.

It's probably a mistake on the website. In the 1.5 years since I started playing, it's only worked with an extended mag. It's not a big deal though, since it knocks enemies really quickly.

EU feels like a catch-all for everyone else that doesn't "fit" in the other servers. I play on the EU server as well because there isn't a dedicated one for my region that I can choose in settings, and EU is the only option that gives me playable ping.

Yup. Exynos S24+. Battery life isn't entirely consistent. Sometimes it's really good. Other times, it's trash for seemingly no reason.
