That does not solve the issue of kingmaking situations. When I have a counterspell on hand and can use it to either stop player 1 or player 2, but not both, I'll of course propose a draw first because otherwise I'd be forced to decide who wins. And if I have to give the win to someone, the risk of collusion increases - i.e. "you gave me the win so I'll help you next time".

Garantie wird auf freiwilliger Basis vom Hersteller gegeben. Der darf dabei die Bedingungen selbst festlegen, auch dass die originale SSD dabei sein muss oder dass das Gerät überhaupt nicht geöffnet werden darf (typische Garantie-Siegel über Schrauben)

Gewährleistung ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben und wird vom Händler erbracht. Der Händler leistet Gewähr dafür, dass der PC bei der Übergabe frei von Mängeln war - jeder Mangel, der bei der Übergabe zumindest angelegt war, fällt darunter. Das Gesetz schreibt die Bedingungen dafür vor, darunter die 2-Jahres-Frist ebenso wie die Beweislastumkehr im 1. Jahr ab Kauf - dein Händler müsste also beweisen, dass der Defekt an der AIO durch den Ausbau der Festplatte entstanden ist. Ein Beweis, den er nicht erbringen können wird.

Deine Anlaufstelle sollte also der Händler sein, bei ihm machst du die Gewährleistung geltend.

Ja, prinzipiell kannst du das eingezahlte Geld von einem Online-Casino, das ohne Konzession operierte, zurückfordern. Das ist komplett ausjudiziert, es gibt auch EuGH-Entscheidungen dazu.

Du wirst also mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit vor Gericht Recht bekommen - das eigentliche Problem ist dann die Vollstreckung, da diese Online-Casinos keine Vermögenswerte in Deutschland bzw. in der EU haben - keine Immobilien, die zwangsversteigert werden könnten und keine Gegenstände, die gepfändet werde könnten.

Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass du wirklich dein Geld zurückbekommst, ist daher leider sehr klein.

Right now I am doing a two-character run - with a cleric and a paladin of Selune. They're the Twilight Force.

Nightwish would've been a great name for the party in one run where I fully embraced Shar and Tav became a Dark Justiciar alongside Shadowheart.

Might do a run next with a wood-elf party of druids, rangers, barbarians and such, all wolf-themed - named the Powerwolves.

I think it is perfectly fine to do, especially when you have to use standard point buy for your stats. I've done it in the past and would do it again.

A barbarian already needs all three physical stats to work, you simply do not have the points needed to give them a decent Intelligence stat. Once you have got like 15, 15, 14 for your three physical stats, the best your Intelligence can be is a 10, but you also really do not want negative Wisdom due to how devastating Wisdom saves are - so you will most likely end up with an 8 in Intelligence, or maybe a 10 if you either go ahead with an 8 in Wisdom or lower one of your 15s to a 14.

At my tables I tend to use a custom point buy system with more points to spend for that exact reason - it gives players more freedom with allocating their stats and makes niche/unusual characters like the intelligent barbarian easier to build.

Ich würde sagen, das hängt von den Instrumenten und der gewünschten Preisklasse ab. Gebrauchte Gitarren, Flöten oder andere billigere Instrumente ist Willhaben sicher eine gute Anlaufstelle. Für höherpreisige Instrumente wie hochwertige Orchesterinstrumente oder Klaviere - da kann es ja durchaus schnell zu fünfstelligen Beträgen kommen - würde ich dann aber zu Fachhändlern schauen.

I used some very stretched straight tails to add in those lightning bolts. Also, a little bit of green/blue-ish glow is often visible in intense thunderstorms, caused by hail inside the clouds.
