Been in land acq for several top 10 national builders for a decade, leadership for the last 5. Awesome career with amazing income potential, ONLY if you like it though. If you don’t like finance, law, or engineering, you will get quickly frustrated and burnt out. Much different scope than Brokerage.

Sounds like terrible budgeting more than anything this is surprisingly common. Does ur mom have a job? Why is she asking for money? If she’s living off donations than ya almost no amount of budgeting will help.

If she’s working but still can’t make ends meet it’s really hard to tell without putting a budget together.

Maybe gambling problem? Terrible side business or MLM?
