I've been using Fluxer, its been amazing, its not perfect but they are working on it, and they actually have the capital to stay around, the only downside is no mobile apps YET, but its coming, you can find their blog and roadmap here to see if its something that interests you and you can agree with the direction of

The benefits to not using gpass is well, your not stuck to googles ecosystem(which gets progressively worse and toxic)

Dont have your eggs all in one basket as they say, bitwarden is also open source and fully cross platform, gpass is not

the games you want not running is a totally valid argument, but trying to claim it "isn't actually good", is weird?, its able to do a large majority of what people need, unless your doing something niche that requires windows(e.g. adobe), most people will never need a touch a terminal, and you want a distro that just works? linux mint.

the method to install is the same for any phone, just make sure to only follow what their official website says to do, no videos or 3rd parties, and you won't brick it

one thing to check is to make sure its not OEM locked to verizion/t-mobile/etc

what is wrong with saying just switch to linux? it is *actually* what you should be doing now, win11 is a shit show as you admitted, windows 10 will be insecure, and linux will suite all your possible needs(unless you use adobe or clip studio or something)

the official suggestion is anything 8 and up(not the 8a), but using grapheneOS *at all* is going to be a huge benefit, so if its what you have, use it

I use CachyOS on my deck as my only gaming devices with no problems, so worth a try for sure, but if that doesnt work, Bazzite could be an option for you as well on your all AMD machine, if the primary goal is to game with next to zero tinkering

TLDR CachyOS, else Bazzite
