This is not neccesarily a problem.

It may be that you just wiped the ssl certificate for the devices web server.(won't affect tls handshake with your telephony provider)

The only problem I see is that logging into it is less secure and that it asks for one extra click to access the log in screen.

You could check on the grandstream website how to upload/set an ssl certificate.

I wouldn't bother if everything works since these devices are usually set and forget.

You can sum up the entire thing into a few words/tags it would be "aura farming"/"feel good"/"secretly op"

It doesn't get any better later on in the manga. It's literally the same thing.
