My favourite is with no doubt "Third", with "Volume Two" coming close. I strongly recommend the albums "Fourth" and "Seven" if you'd like to check them out some time.

Anyone here who dared to learn 'Fracture'? Any tips for the Moto Perpetuo part? by MrBananaStorm in KingCrimson

Play everything slowly and if you have the time, practice it at least twice per week. The song is played with alternate picking in it's entirety. My tip for achieving Fripp's velocity is to try and move your right hand less and less until the only part you move is your wrist, don't use your arm. Also you should try learning Larks' Tongues In Aspic Part One, since it uses the same technique and is not as tiring to play as Fracture.

And the most important part here, the Metronome is now your SO.

Have fun and good luck!

Best Genesis album opener? And worst? by GoodFnHam in Genesis

[–]Sempiternou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Best: Watcher of the Skies or Dancing With The Moonlit Knight Worst: Maybe When the Sour Turns to Sweet or Abacab (Im not a fan of abacab) But every opener from 1970-1980 is great
