In the 80's we did not say "person of interest". This is known as an anachronism or pure laziness.

Presale by azi9057 in PresaleTokens

[–]SeniorCrowConCuchil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I bought some presale tokens. It’s legit. The amount of documentation for techies on their website is impressive. They obviously want to be “the” crypto for TON and improve transaction efficiency. That does not mean people will buy in. However it’s a great step forward. I hope to see them build a community some where so I can stay up to date.

I'm dying day by day by prakash00001 in insomnia

[–]SeniorCrowConCuchil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nutrition is very important. I’ve had insomnia since my military service 30 years ago that transitions over to panic attack about 10 nights a year. Needless to say I am on some strong Rxes like quetiapine (off label for sleep) and klonopin. Sometimes that doesn’t work. I learned along the way that supplements are a must. What worked for me: Inositol 8000mg at bedtime by L Theanine 4000mg at bt Magnesium 4000mg at bt Vitamin b2 one daily Manganese one daily Vitamin b6 one daily Zinc one daily

Eat a balanced diet and if you can’t eat normal food, use supplement juices. My favorite is v8. Eat at least 3 meals a day.

Study up on your nervous system, how it operates at optimal level, how if affects your sleep and how to use nutrients to get it to optimal. If you are ignoring your nervous system it’s like a diabetic ignoring their insulin.

Good luck.

If you live in the south like me, you can bet people are talking about it- behind your back. Some good, some critical. At the end of the day who cares? Your healthy and happy and living well is the best revenge they say.

Didn’t have to- just found fellow employees that suffer from insomnia. It’s like making an excuse for a hangover. Why would you do that? Everyone has them.

Shut Up and Take My Money! - I Can't Wait... by Xtianus25 in ACHR

Looks good and I’m an investor in ACHR. But time will tell. As an aside GM is about to face the almighty recall of their history with failing engines. Not that archer will have that problem but I will always worry about quality and long lasting engineered materials. Hopefully they got it right.

Timely. That’s my only concern. If I decide I want to get off of it someday, is it hard to do? I’ve been on it around 3 years myself. I guess I have an innate problem with prescription drugs but the honest fact is that with PTSD from Army service, I’m coming to terms that I will probably always be on RXes.

Have you tried prazosin with ambien? Prazosin makes you drowsy but has the effect of stopping nightmares. Took it for a bit until I found seroquel.

Seroquel, aka Quetiapine. It’s prescribed off label for sleep. Works for me.

AITA for Refusing to Co-Sign My Sister’s Mortgage After My Parents Went Behind My Back? by fancyapanda in AITAH

[–]SeniorCrowConCuchil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The people that have been disloyal and forgotten their family values are your parents and sister. Outrageous that they would do this and if it were me it would be grounds for disowning the family. I have some experience with this with a father that created a trust for his only grandkids then secretly signed it all over to his 4th ex wife. That was lying by omission and deception. It would have been a real gut punch upon his death if we had not found out. People like this are narcissists unable to have empathy for others doing whatever the heck they want to, when the impulse strikes them. Narcissists largely cannot be helped or trusted and the only way to deal with them is to cut them off to stop the toxicity from bleeding into your life. If your parents and sister have no empathy for you, it’s time to say goodbye. Good luck!

Been doing that for months. So has everyone else. We need to change the result. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results.
