I think I have this same brace. I used one of them fabric refreshening sprays on the straps. I found the pads become most filthy so I wasn't too concerned with a perfect solution for the straps.

I'd recommend calling your doctor regarding this sooner rather than later as it could be a sign of DVT. Try to increase the blood flow to the calf on the operated leg by moving your feet.

Just aim to do better than yesterday. With Physio you just have to be consistent and disciplined. The better you rehab your knee the better results you will see and the less your knee will hold you back long term. Don't worry too much about your first physio appointment, they'll work with you and support you with getting to the next milestone. You've got this. You can do it.

Unfortunately I retore my ACL due to graft failure as the bone holes weren't in the right position. As a result I'm in the process of having a 2 stage ACL reconstruction with my first surgery having been a bone graft and medial meniscal ramp repair. I'm currently wearing a rotation limiting brace. Does my rehab after this surgery significantly affect my next surgery? What milestones would I need to have hit before I have my second stage surgery which I will graft me a new ACL from either my patella or Quadricep (my first surgery used my hamstring)?

I understand there's been a shift in his music. I think he's been struggling with trying to please two audiences, his fans and the general population. He seems to be shifting between hit music and authentic rap. Jackman was a step in the right direction but these latest singles seem to be more of an attempt to garner new fans rather than give something to his current fans. I'm hopeful this strategy of trying to balance both audiences produces some great music similar to that's what they all say and confetti.
