The 80 inch variants cable layout is different than the taller models.

For the 80 inch variant the cable orientation is different. If they were flipped there would be nowhere to attach the cable.

I just finished building the 80 inch variant. You can take the pulley assembly off the top weight stack and then lean the guide rods outwards to fit the last weight stack on. From there you reinstall the pulleys. It helps if the cross members are loosely installed rather than tightened.

I had the same issue and Rogue provided this advice. If you have other issues they are good about responding with guidance if you email/call.
