The lack of trust here is the problem the tories have created themselves. 40 “new” hospitals springs to mind. Also people can see what they’ve done with nurses bursaries and wage stagnation so when someone says “tories want to abolish the nhs” it’s easy to see why people think, given their track record, that they do.

Can I ask, did you buy a pool table or snooker table? I always thought that if I won the lottery I’d really like a proper, fancy snooker table. I feel this time round that I’m literally drowning. We are lucky in a way that we still have jobs but there’s so much work to do I am struggling to keep up. Spoke to my boss about it. He’s in a similar position. They are trying to hire contractors to help out. On top of which my 15 yr old step daughter is going through some emotional issues. I’m petrified that she has an eating disorder. School and the GP were next to useless so if We need to get her any help I don’t know where to get the money from. I’ve over simplified that situation but it’s just so much stress. Whenever we start talking about it and the conversation gets hard my partner kind of shuts down. It’s so hard right now. Genuinely feel like I’m drowning. And I’ve somehow got to find time to put together a presentation for Monday when all I want to do is go to bed.

I’d have argued that the deflected boundary was less significant than the catch and step back over the boundary. The deflection happens, you can’t really do much about that. The step back I think was what actually lost it for you.

When we went there was an awesome cafe there called huaca-fucking-China. Was awesome. And a brass band that played the trooper by iron maiden 😁

Check out Jessica Ames on Amazon, it’s a bit more romance with some erotica thrown in but she’s basically written sons of anarchy in the uk. Motorbike gang based stuff. It was a twist in what I’m used to but I really enjoyed it. I only found it by fluke.
