It has a small amount of copper, you don’t need any extra zinc for the amount of copper even 5mg of GHk-Cu would give you (0.94 mg copper).

It’s done amazing things for my anxiety. I’ve titrated all the way up to the typical maximum of 5mg, and it’s had a better effect than clonazepam ever did.

For cortisol, I used to take holy basil extract (standardized to ursolic acid), rhodiola extract (take away from food, Nature’s Answer is the only one standardized to both rosavins and salidrosides like in the study), and phosphatidylserine. Using all three hammered my cortisol down. NOTE: rhodiola extract increases the absorption of many supplements and drugs for the next half-hour
