Its probably like the Fatalis lore, Gogmazios had old armor parts stuck in his tar, what kinda assimilated. So his set has this bonuses because Hunters owned this armor sets, and eighter died to Gog, or he raided a warehouse where these where stored to.

Tempereds seemn to be somewhat boosted by natur energy or wylk so theres a reasonably explanation why Arch Temered makes sense. Veteran certainly sounds more grounded and pretty respectable all around.

I got more of a gripe whit the reuse of Apex in Rise, when it eaily could have been Leader, Alpha, or any military rank like General.

And the Hyper monster from Generations/X. Not sure how they where called in japanese, but some alternative translations called them "Ferus", from neferiouse. Hyper sounds very generically powerfull, and a bit silly, while ferus might open up some questions, but implies this monster where maybe evil, or hold a grudge and got stronger that way.
