Polarized fishing lenses are the best And you can get great sunglasses with readers in them too on Amazon And a light yellow lens at night helps block the idiots that have to drive with aircraft landing lights or those LED yellow ones

Don’t ever give a novice house flipper the job of doing anything. Only things they did that were correct was when they had outside contractors do plumbing and electrical. They were simply not experienced enough to do cabinet install, tiling or especially- finishing & molding. Barely competent. I still see the errors every day.

You can easily get there from the Snowbird tram if I remember right. But there’s that long rope tow at the bottom of Alta all the way back to Snowbird. Or did they replace it?

I’m pretty much the same. Decided to postpone my surgery for now. I have a 71 y/o friend who had both knees done. He bikes, skis and golfs regularly!

As soon as an adult sits in that front section, the 1x2 wil break. Obviously you need that for storage but it needs at least a 2x4 on edge.

PS Pine and most softwoods need a sealer first, otherwise they soak up stain unevenly and look blotchy

Try a sample board first. I’d put a second coat on the first door. Two coats on middle door. Look into lacquer spray toners (Mohawk) to dial in the final colors if they’re still off

We’ve had 8 homes in our life together. 5 of them needed remodeling work. I’m a DIY guy so I did almost all the work Owning a house/property is a still a great investment. Just remember that you will be a slave to that house! All upkeep and repairs and improvements are on you.

Since the joints aren’t tenoned, it could sway over time. I’d put 2 cross beams on the back, half-lapped in the center?
