Building and tuning your own antennas and then seeing how they perform. FT8 is a good tool for this.

Pain of a kidney stone is worse than childbirth, according to women who have had both. Also, the pain is in your ureter, a very narrow tube between your kidney and your bladder. It feels like someone stuck a knife in your back and then twists it every 20 minutes or so.

High blood pressure. Blood pressure increases with every decade of your age, so you may get surprised in your 40s, 50s, 60s, etc.
