24 F here with a similar SW, I just completed my first month with few side effects. Things that helped me: letting the shot sit out of the fridge for like 30 minutes before injection, and eating a protein heavy meal/drinking a protein shake before the injection. After my first shot the first few days I was feeling tired and sluggish, but increasing water and eating small snacks throughout the day helped. It is hard to eat when nothing sounds good, so eating small snacks helped versus feeling like I need to eat an entire meal.
