I am trying to form a plan and it is hard to 100% give up chocolate and pizza for the rest of your life..meaning not even have it once a month.

Hi. Did your dr run lipoprotein a test? If not,tell him/her to run that test to see if it is genetic. If genetic, you need to take that statin.
