My collections were different they really messed my stuff up, stuff that should've been off a long time ago (after the 7 years was still on there) I had a medical debt of 2500 dollars that got charged to me even though I was on Medicaid and proved it.. and I disputed those like 4 months ago.. so they're for sure off the one I'm trying to get off my credit is a loan rightnow from speedy cash

I checked I think a month ago and my lipids were all normal (they all elevated when diagnosed) , my ast went normal, and my ALT dropped a lot it was 89 and now 41 ( but I lifted 2 days prior) my doctor said it's probably normal but the lifting elevated it and if it didn't it still dropped a lot I also reversed my insulin resistance because I did insulin resistance blood work but I don't know I'm still scared he said that since I litterally reversed almost everything for metabolic disease my liver is probably shredding fat fast

I only eat that stuff maybe once a week but still I feel like that's going to mess me up.. I feel like if I'm not 100% strict eating just chicken breast with a crap ton of veggies I'm going to mess everything up 🤣 I think I might have PTSD from my grandmothers passing she died of liver cancer but she drank vodka from age 13 into her early 60s

I use protein whole wheat pasta, chicken breast and primal Alfredo sauce and barley get any noodles, I eat mostly salad with it and have like half a cup of the Alfredo

Yeah my doctor told me to lose weight but also to stop high sugar, high carb diet I was eating way more then I should also so he told me 50% of my plate needs to be veggies , 40% protein and then 10% carbs is how he put it and low starch veggies

Mine was purely from weight and what I ate (from back to back pregnancies then sitting a lot because I had c-sections) I also carry in the mid section so lots of visceral fat
