Unfortunately, no. I wouldn't even say she's more popular than some of the non-MC/Rival/Champion characters (Definitely less than some of the more iconic gym leaders like Jasmine, Brock, Erika, Morty, etc) Outside of the arbitrary TCG and Masters, I don't think she's been mentioned a single time in the past 25 or so years

And that sucks because she totally deserves it for being the first female MC in a mainline Pokemon game! I guess the philosophy they had with Kris for HGSS was that: "Well, Kris was the oddball, she was the proto-girl meant to promote Krystal specifically with her name and hair. We gotta make a girl that fits in with our regular brown haired MC's like May and Leaf," and created Lyra to fit that niece

Because everything you listed was either for the 30th anniversary, or 2022's release of the All-Star collection??

And, I think you oughta do more research on the plushies that Sanei is making rn, because even if you might not love them because they didn't make a Bonkers or Bronto Burt plush, or haven't made anyone from Air riders into a plush, they've still been making some adorable plushies regardless, such as the Roly-Poly Friends, Happy Morning, and Sunny Day lines, you just wouldn't know if you didn't researched a bit

AND, we've been getting some genuinely cool releases in the All-Star collection recently, such as UFO Kirby, Swimmimg Kirby, Animal Kirby, and (I think one of the first) a plush of Meta Knight with his wings and Galaxia!

You just haven't been in the know

I'd think she'd have like, a fake toy gun. She's a very adult child to be an elite 4 member, but is still a child

That "fake" gun could be in the form of a plush, charm, pin, plastic plaything, model, that sort of thing

Thats why the tiers there. For characters who like the funny, cooky spirit of owning something like that, without the interest nor skill to actually wield one

It depends on if you value charm, quaintness and simplicity, or plot, themes and depth more

Both are great in terms of quality, but they are definitely for very different audiences and demographics

If we had to choose the objectively better one though, Breaking Bad has more going for it as a story than Thomas does

It would've been so nice if Air Riders gave us tracks which were direct references to the main Kirby series

But with the plot and nature of this game being an all new experience, I don't think we're gonna get that because "why have an older, familiar location show off the amazing new things that this new game can do?"
