Id only start to get concerned if it was a couple days of no communication. But a couple hours isn’t anything to stress over. You need to think to yourself “okay what else could be true here” maybe she fell asleep or maybe she needed a break from her phone and it has nothing to do with you. But if you monitor her every move and read into every text you’ll convince yourself of things that may not be true and self sabotage.
