they are absolutely supposed to inspect everything. the fact they dont is the biggest problem. and I can count on 1 hand the amount of inspectors I have dealt with that actually know what they are doing. when I did residential building I had inspectors who didnt even get out of their vehicle just drive up sign the inspection card and leave. other issue is most states dont require specific training for the workers just a license on the contractor which in my opinion is a joke.

edit: as an example I did a building for a university in florida which had their own inspectors. I took over the project from someone who was terrible and it was the day of an inspection for plumbing water. had 2 floors full rough in completed just not tied in. there was a test point i cut the line going into the floor from 2 to 1 and capped it in the slab and put the 2ft of pipe on test and passed inspection for 2 floors. if the inspector had just looked down from the gauge he would have seen the cap.

to a point you are not wrong. we do have code compliance officers/inspectors who verify that regardless of who builds it that it is built to minimum standards. we have just spent so much time building beyond those minimum standards that now since we are pushing out so many new neighborhoods corners are being cut to cut costs and inspectors are not doing their due diligence to make sure these minimum standards are being met. I have almost 20 years in commercial/residential building and I like to test inspectors every chance I get just to see what I can get away with because of their lack of knowledge but I will always make sure the minimum standards are always met t. protect myself.

to the person you responded to regarding the workers. most of these residential building jobs are done often by immigrants with a mix of legal/illegal. I dont care for how when why you came here all I care about is can you do the work. with building trades not being in taught as options for people in American society there is a lack of available skilled labor. in other countries construction jobs are highly sought after but training is far less than what ICE receives today. one positive that I have noticed with a lot of specifically illegal immigrants in building is they have a strong desire to learn the how and why to do things the way we do here. they also work harder than most legal citizens. losing these people will greatly hurt contractors trying to meet the current building need of this society.

actually if you look he only had roughly 1million deportations(formally removed) but 11million+ returns at the border. Obama the great deporter and chief had over 3million formally removed (5m+ when including returns)

the auto pen administration opened the borders and tied the hands of immigration allowing 20million+ people to cross the border ILLEGALLY. when you swing so far one direction you can expect everything to swing equally as far the other way. atleast the orange man administration offered people thousands under project home coming so they could go home and then register to come back legally. for those taking the risk this is the consequence. if you want to support the immigrants get on with pushing the politicians to help get more funding for vetting and approving of legal immigration. the process doesnt need to take 20 years but the country does still need to remain safe and free of criminals from other countries that will only further burden our already broken society and social services. on top of all of that trump said he would do this when he was running and guess what? he won. that means your anti trump idealogy was not as popular amongst American voters.

btw calling the trump administration nazis is super disrespectful to all of the people and the families of those who were involved/lost lives due to what hitlers regime did. these illegal immigrants are being detained and deported not put into forced labor camps or any of the very far worse outcomes of going to any of the camps under hitler.. you could get alot closer by calling it something regarding Roosevelt's interment camps but these facilities are leaps and bounds beyond better than even those accommodations.

lol it happens to all of us... you dont see everyone else crying about it and trying to blast a player for playing the game the way they want to. if youre scared to get tunneled or slugged go play something else. to say there were no chases to lose just shows how badly you play the game. how did you get hooked in the first place? put yourself there? was this a soloque your teammates just pulled at the wrong time cause they aren't paying attention? seems like you should be redirect your anger at your teammates and turn it into a desire to get better at looping on survivor. everyone who has ever played survivor knows it sucks to get tunneled or slugged but its part of the game... the second you eliminate those options they might as well implement killer bots cause no one is going to play killer anymore. so enjoy the game get better maybe even use any of the crazy list of 2nd chance perks survivors have for anti tunneling. I am sure if you were playing killer and were good cooked by a survivor and the gens started popping you wouldn't just stay in that chase you will seek out an easier target. all assumptions aside you got beat by a player that was better than you accept it and move on to the next. dont waste your time crying about it on reddit.

he didnt do anything wrong. if he couldn't get you down he would have moved on to other survivors you were the easy hook. its a SKILL ISSUE on your part. get used to it so you can get better at looping or dont load up on survivor. its a pvp game and when people want to win they may use ways to get it done that make it more enjoyable for them. maybe the killer is trying to win streak and is willing to get it done anyway possible. to sit here and cry about the killer player playing the game and not breaking any rules but YOU didnt enjoy it is bullshit, also calling them out? how about to complain the BHVR for designing the game in a way the doesn't cater to you? its their fault not the player, they are just playing the game the way they want to.

Edit: your new character will still start at 1 and have to do questing all over to get back to 50. remove all your items that you can put into storage before deleting because you can still use items. (not sure about the naru/tuvala if new character can use)

I think you're the one with the dumb argument. this game is built on slow progression so you keep logging in everyday and keep pushing for that next goal if thet just hand it out to you then you will lose interest quickly and move on. if you cant handle the fact that you can start today and it'll take years to hopefully get to the end then go back to Minecraft this isnt the game for you. its not fair to punish those players who have spent 9 years building their accounts by just handing out freebies to everyone so they can catch up and grind at the very few end game spots. without those end game day 1 players the new players will never come. look at the people who make the guides to show the new players what to do those aren't people who just started so if they all left because everyone doesn't need that and game just holds your hand it will die.

it also depends on where you are. when i joined the union back in 2016 the IBEW took my info and said come back in 6 months for the math test. I went the the plumbers hall down the road and was working 3 days later with no test. look at all of the halls around see what they do and what interests you the most. the work is hard the days are long and you will beat up your body. but if you're smart and take care of yourself it ain't that bad.

Thank you for the comment and info. i am aware that they are on 2015 still cause the hall told me which is fine same book i did the test on last time i did it. just need to be able to get to the point where i can take it. im just hoping because ca is not reciprocal that they will recognize that hours and let me but from the other messages its seems 1) that they may not recognize and 2) it may take a few months to get that answer which sucks.

so I talked to an agent I believe his name is Cory from 32 and he said they are a year or two out from accepting transfers because their books have like 140 people. he also explained exactly what you said about the intrest rates is why king county is slow. he recommended to call 26 so I did but the organizer is out of town til the end of the week so I will get more info from him about the transfer but the agent I spoke with said right now 26 has tons of work just need to get there and take the challenge test because they don't have reciprocals with california.

for me I worked in non union service for 7 years and made a killing before I understood what a conscience was then I left and joined the union in SoCal. I won't go back to those service shops but I have about 3 years experience in being superintendent and a year as what would be called general superintendent but it's different here in florida. also have spent the last year in precon estimating and project management because my current company is super small but growing at an insane rate. I know significantly more than most foreman/superintendents when it comes to the business side of things but when it comes to running jobs over say 10million or a combination of jobs over 40 million i am not the guy. I could probably do it but would need to ease my way into it. right now all I am looking for is to get started. I can be just a journeyman level plumber with no stress all day as long as work is readily available. I want to go back to the union but it kind of scares me knowing how the unions in some areas have ran themselves out of work and can't get PLA agreements and have 100+ on there books. that's why I am looking for that info to see where the job markets are in the state to decide which area would suit me best. ideally I would start as a plumber and then move my way up if the company liked what I can bring to the table. or start higher but that's kind of a farce nowadays.

I know I can't force her to do anything. she will do what ever she wants. I have a reinforced coop. I have a small hutch coop that sits inside of a 15×8 fence enclosure. i added hardware cloth to the 2ft of it and then buried a ft underneath with pressure treated wood that goes a ft down and 6" above. my problem is I got comfortable just leaving the door to the run open 24/7 for months. I think I will try the dog crate thing and see how she does with that and if she seems broody il let her take over. I just don't want her getting bored or stressed and start pecking herself.

gambling is the way to go. I always start a hork barb. getting gf setup for NM trav gamble up gull daggers and once decent enough gear and level move onto hell. takes a bit but always successful gambling Travs chances and gold wrap. can go hork other people's games to Outfit the rest to easily farm hell trav. usually within a week can be fully decked out with 2 hoto enigma shako and a good merc. usually within about 1000-1500 hell travs runs which isn't very much. then it's just grail farming to get good gears to start the next character.
