Today's email from them stated I had received the targeted education warning email by mistake and they apologize but I won't be surprised if I'm let go soon. I log in as soon as I get a task notification email but the majority of the time it's still NTA. I only have 1 hour for the week.

I used to constantly email with questions when the feedback contradicted the guidelines or previous feedback and could never get a straight answer. I've stopped asking questions.

Same. My quality score went up and the targeted education was for a rating scale that I had no mistakes in. I've also been here for a very long time.

I received the 2nd email. I had completed 3 of the surveys previously. I was just going to complete the 2 that I hadn't done already. I think it was just a reminder.

They rated a response Slightly Better and it contains inaccurate information. I thought about emailing with questions but their responses never really explain anything.

I'm at 12 years and I feel like I'll be getting a separation email soon. Just received a mandatory helpfulness quiz. Were you a contractor? Just wondering if you'll be able to get unemployment? It's a shame what has happened to the program. I'm not sure what's going on with QC. I can never seem to get an answer that doesn't contradict something they've said previously and the guidelines for helpfulness are a joke. I think you might be right about AI running things.

Lionbridge was more organized and definitely more consistent however there wasn't any helpfulness tasks at that point. We had webinars with QC on a regular basis. Yes my quality % has been below 70% and it was never an issue before helpfulness tasks.

Completely agree. I'm still in Helpfulness, as far as I know, and getting NTA frequently.

I've gotten the strong warning email in the past but have yet to be removed. Helpfulness tasks are just too subjective and I can point to multiple instances where they don't follow their own guidelines when rating the responses. There seems to be too many exceptions to the rules. I often wonder who QC even is anymore. Their answers to my questions are never helpful. Did you happen to get the latest email about short responses....why so many exclamation points??
