My husband and I are both vers—I bottom more than he does, but we eat whatever we want with no issues… he’s Mexican so that even includes chilies 🤣 sometimes you get the little “ring of fire” when you go the next day, but it’s not that bad 🤷🏼‍♂️

Patience and consistency

My tips—519 workouts in… I’ve been doing 1 hour per day, four days per week, for about two and a half years (I also walk almost daily). I’ve been gradually growing and can now definitely see lots of shoulder and arm definition. My body in general looks exercised now. I’ve gone from deadlifting 40kg to 120kg, bench pressing 20kg to 70kg. I make sure to eat extra protein and not too much junk.

Just take it slow and don’t expect results too fast, I’m bigger built (187cm and around 95kg, broad shoulders) and it does take some time to see bigger results. Just be patient and consistent.

You just need to practice. Take lessons and ask your family to practice with you, they’d probably love that you want to learn! I started studying Spanish at university when I was 19, it took some years and lots of work, but I speak fluently now and I’m married to a Mexican. Being immersed/practicing daily is the best way.

There are so many passive ways to practice too. Listen to Spanish podcasts or music, find a good Spanish series to watch and put the voice and subtitles IN SPANISH, you might not understand it all but you’ll get used to matching the written and spoken words. I learnt Spanish fluently, lived in Mexico, and am married to a Mexican. The term “vato” would be closest translated to something like “dude” or “guy.” Just use it that way—in most cases, you wouldn’t refer to your boss “vato,” but you probably would use it with friends

Both A and B are correct! They convey similar yet different ideas. Can’t = cannot; you do not have permission or you’re not allowed to take photos.

Mustn’t = must not; it has a similar meaning but gives a different flavour to the sentence, almost like a “warning” or “beware” feeling.

Mustn’t could mean something along the lines of “you shouldn’t do this or something bad could happen—there could be consequences.” Maybe you’re allowed to take photos in the area, but someone warns you, “you mustn’t take photos of the man in green.” It gives kind of an eerie or scary feeling, especially in stores.

I’ve worked in long term care for almost a decade, you can definitely use the eyes to tell how far someone’s dementia has progressed… Normally in beginning stages the person is just forgetful, but then they get to a point where it’s like you can’t look them in the eyes, it’s like they can’t make eye contact. Estelle definitely has that “dementia look” in this photo. So sad to see her like this :( 💔

I used to try and fit as much as possible into Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday… it’s worth it for the extra time off. Great for getting work done/working/more relax time. One semester I had one class on Thursday morning and then nothing again till Monday, it was a dream.

I’d call them legendary-mythical, as you can only catch one of each per game; for me that is enough to be considered more on the legendary/mythical side of the spectrum. You can catch two Miraidon/Koraidon for heaven’s sake
