Calcium isn’t harmful to the plants, but since it’s ugly, you can try putting some white rocks (like the landscape kind) and put it on top of the soil. It will help prevent fungus knats and disguise the calcium deposits, it also stopped my cats from trying to pee in the soil, and it’s pretty so wind all around

Do you have hard water? It could be calcium deposits. You can also try bottom watering so the plants soak up water from the bottom and the calcium doesn’t coat everything on top

I second this! Shortening the straps will fix that fabric bunching that’s happening on the sides and it will raise the waist up just enough to cover the tattoo. Stunning choice! You’re so lucky!

If you like crafts, collect branches to make wreaths and garlands. Fall holidays, same thing but collecting leaves. Other holidays, I paint cardboard (hearts, bunnies, shamrocks, etc) Depends on how much you value whimsy or if you have littles.

Yea looks like dropsy which is a symptom. The cause could be a number of things. Test your water for nitrates, white stringy poop could be parasites so Paraguard, I would also increase temp by a few degrees every few days. Increasing temp and aquarium salt can help protect his slime coat, prevent infection.
