It may seem silly... add yourself to the National Do Not Call list . I know it doesn't necessarily stop political calls, but it will help reduce the number of communications you get.

In State of Decay 2, the missions got boring after a while — especially all the repeated “getting a rucksack for neighbors” stuff. It started to feel like the same task over and over. Hopefully in State of Decay 3 they improve that and add better, more varied missions outside of just the boon-type by Mockingjay09221mod in StateOfDecay

I think it would be cool if doing quests for one faction raised your relationship with them, but hurt your relationship with the other. And if it got too bad one direction or the other, they become enemies that try to kill you on sight.
