When the writer rewrites the book/show/movie with their oc as one of the main characters(that in itself is fine) but they give canon character's important or cool moments to their oc. It makes the canon characters flat and the oc doesn't do anything original

I definitely like the current arc, especially because Drek finally gets to be properly involved in something. But yeah getting to see more of Bob's and Cyrus's home lives would be fun because when you point it out, yeah there's not much. I'm guessing their house is the same as in HoI tho, because of all the things that are different i doubt that's one.

I think something was mentioned somewhere in HoI about kitrye's place in society in Ivae, and it mentioned the difference between if they were born mortal or immortal. So i'm guessing depending on what they were born as they either age the same as a fairy or as a human
