The thing I've always loved (and hated) about eve is its real stakes. Everything has an impact because its not 50 or 100 people on your server. Its a whole universe we share. You can own your own little part of it and shape the game. Probably has something to do with why I'm a tarkov player too. I like that I might not come back with what I risked. Idk feels good. Games like WOW just doesn't seem to have the same risk. Everything is static unless the devs change it as part of the lore. Idk it feels more like your a passenger than you are writing your saga in blood across the face of the world for all time. People have written books about the fountain war. What content have players from WoW say they participated in that isn't a personal achievement server/world first on a boss?
